For studio Rentals:
- Do not lean/touch the mirrors
- Sign contract
- Studio must remain clean at all times. Any mess or damages done to the studio will be charged to renter.
- Make sure to exit the room after your allotted time.
- If extra time needed, please contact staff beforehand
- A full hour charge will be implemented if the renter stays longer past their allotted time.
- Payments need to be made in advance, if not met we’ll be unable to book the space
- If furniture is moved, please make sure to put it back in its place
- Turn everything off before you exit room (lights, speaker, fans, etc)
- If locking up, please make sure to turn off hallway lights, restroom lights, lock the entrance door and place key back inside lockbox. Always contact staff when studio is locked and secure.
- If anything is or feels out of the norm, please contact staff.
- Renters may NEVER leave any equipment, costumes, props or personal belongings anywhere in the studio, hallway, bathroom, or office. Kumbala is not responsible for any items lost or left by a renter.
- Shoes, heels and rollerblades. Please make sure to maintain a clean floor and keep it free of scratches, scuff marks and debris. A cleaning fee may be charged if not done so.
- Each renter will assume full responsibility for any damage caused to any part of the entryway, studio, back rooms, bathroom, stereo equipment, floors, windows, mirrors, walls, ceilings, etc. sustained during the renter’s scheduled studio time. Each renter agrees to pay in full for repair or replacement and/or disposal of any item or structure damaged by the renters or by performers, collaborators, or guests invited to participate during the rental at Kumbala. Full payment for damage will be charged to the credit card on file for the rental within 30 days of the damage.
